1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk36 ("pk36", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the pk36 website located at pk36.org and all associated services, products, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, spinning a slot, playing a live casino game, or simply browsing the website — you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the pk36 Platform. pk36 reserves the right to terminate access to any user who does not comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the pk36 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Access to the Platform by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. pk36 will take all reasonable steps to verify age and will suspend or terminate any account found to be held by an underage user.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts or accounts held on behalf of a third party are not permitted without explicit prior written consent from pk36.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the pk36 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk36 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions, including all regions within Pakistan.
• You may hold only one (1) active account on pk36. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. pk36 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including CNIC) at any time. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk36 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk36 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify pk36 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pk36 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any security concern.

You agree to update your account information promptly whenever any of the details you provided change. Failure to maintain accurate account details may delay withdrawals and KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk36 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20 (subject to availability at the time of the transaction). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. pk36 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from a third-party account will be refunded and the account reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals on verified accounts via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 1–4 hours. pk36 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

KYC verification, including submission of a valid CNIC and proof of payment method, must be completed before pk36 will process any withdrawal. KYC documents are handled in accordance with pk36's Privacy Policy.

pk36 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any funds obtained through fraudulent activity, system exploitation, or any breach of these Terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or playing a casino game on pk36, you acknowledge and accept the rules applicable to the specific sport, market, or game variant. pk36 may publish specific game rules, bet settlement procedures and market-specific terms within the Platform. Those rules form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk36 is not obligated to cancel or amend a bet at a user's request after confirmation, except where required by the rules of the specific event or market.
• In the event of a clear pricing error ("palpable error"), pk36 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. pk36 will not honour winnings arising from obvious pricing mistakes.
• For live betting markets, pk36 operates on a "best efforts" basis. Connectivity issues on the user's side do not constitute grounds for a bet dispute.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team matches, and ICC tournaments — are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement on pk36.
• Live casino game outcomes are governed by the rules of the respective game and provider. All live studio operations are certified by independent testing laboratories.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk36 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit matches, or other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms") published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between Promotion Terms and these general Terms, the Promotion Terms prevail with respect to that specific offer.

Unless stated otherwise in applicable Promotion Terms, the following general conditions apply to all pk36 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in Promotion Terms.
• pk36 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and is subject to active wagering, pk36 will provide reasonable notice before cancellation.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering between associated accounts, or the use of automated systems — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account termination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pk36 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person to do so.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or any software tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the pk36 Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law, including without limitation money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk36 staff or other users through the Platform's communication channels.

pk36 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report relevant information to competent authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk36 Platform — including without limitation the pk36 brand, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, odds data, and game content provided by third-party studios — is the property of pk36 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any pk36 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of pk36 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk36 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from interruptions or errors in the Platform's operation.

pk36's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to pk36 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The pk36 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". pk36 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk36 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk36 users via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set and take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications alerting you to the duration of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure available on request. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pk36 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk36 will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk36 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk36's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
